Twice a week Zentra offer morning meditation for free.

 

Each month the teacher introduce a new technique to help the student tame their mind and experience  a peaceful sens of being.

Unfortunatly we haven't been given a switch off to stop the incessant though process that keeps us worrying, planning wondering etc ... But  fortunately yogis have given us many techniques to help us control those thoughts and slowly  reduce and stop  those unwanted disturbance.

  

Meditation has been praise by sage and saints for centuries but it has also praise by famous scientist, artist or athletes.   

When we start to understand the world within we start to understand the the depth of our being and instead of being a stranger to ourself we become a friend to the whole.
