Service Description

他の教室のゼントラクラスと同じ流れのクラスですが、古民家の和室、畳の部屋での素敵な雰囲気の中でやるクラス、最後の呼吸法のタイミングでみんなでキルタンを歌うことも多いです。とってもリラックスできて心が温かくなるクラスです。レベルは問いません。his class is also same flow as Zentra Class as other studio, but we enjoy Asana practice on Japanese Tatami room, and sometime we sing Kirtan(Chanting) together. Welcome any levels!
